The ground floor also has a porch, lanai, and two-car garage. Upon entering the house, there is living area and straight ahead is the dining area. Take a turn to the left and you have the kitchen, powder room, stock room, utility room, maid’s room, and a toilet and bath room that you can go in through the kitchen or maids room. Going up on the second floor, there is an open space to see the lower floor. There are three bedrooms, including the Master room. Each room has a private toilet and bath room. The Master room has an additional walk-in closet. It also includes an attic floor plan that also has an open space to see the lower floor located in the same area on the second floor.
